Return Eligibility

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be included
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or hygiene use are not eligible for return
Hygiene & Safety Policy (Important for Lingerie & Sleepwear)
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Lingerie bottoms and sets once tried on or opened from sealed packaging (if applicable)
- Bodysuits, undergarments, and similar intimate wear that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
- Final sale items (if clearly marked)

Free Returns
- We offer free return shipping for eligible items
- A prepaid return label will be provided upon return approval
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees (if any were charged outside promotions) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges based on stock availability. If your desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
