Return Eligibility

We want you to feel confident with your purchase. We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be included
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or hygiene use are not eligible for return

Hygiene & Safety Policy (Important for Lingerie & Sleepwear)

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Lingerie bottoms and sets once tried on or opened from sealed packaging (if applicable)
  • Bodysuits, undergarments, and similar intimate wear that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
  • Final sale items (if clearly marked)

We strictly follow hygiene standards to ensure customer safety.


Free Returns

  • We offer free return shipping for eligible items
  • A prepaid return label will be provided upon return approval

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees (if any were charged outside promotions) are non-refundable

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges based on stock availability. If your desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost
